How to Get Everything Done + my plan for this week

What this means is that you need to have an organized plan of what the tasks are, when they’re due, what’s their order of priority, etc. At the end of the day, there are only so many hours in a day. The only thing you can control is how you manage this time for maximum efficiency and minimal stress.

In Posts 5, 6, and 7, we took that box of action papers and listed them out. Instead of relying on them to remind us of what to do, we learned to write down their related actions. Then, you can start dividing up your tasks and allocate time for them. Once your have cleared your head, you can crack on with the most urgent tasks. It’s helpful to set a time limit for each task. Just set a timer and commit to working on just one task for a set period of time (Try using the Pomodoro Technique of working in 25-minute bursts). You’re not even aware of how much, until you start thinking about it. I know it’s the 21st century and the communication age is in full swing, but private conversations and messages can wait.
